The 2007 Honda of Lafayette Winter Series continued at River's Edge MX track outside of Baton Rouge on Jan. 28. The track started out muddy, but the bright sun and strong north winds dried it quickly for some fast racing. 2wheelcommunications.com

Round 3 of the Honda of Lafayette Winter Series 2007 was contested on Super Bowl Sunday, Feb 4 at Gravity Alley MX in Breaux Bridge, La. The weather finally cleared and the track was very, very rough making for a great tune-up race for the Loretta qualifier next month.

Honda of Lafayette Winter Series round 4 was held on February 18 at Down South MX in New Iberia. Beautiful clear blue skies and crisp, cool temperatures made it a delightful race.

The biggest race in Miss in recent history. Randy Rector's first race at GP Raceway MS was the final round of the Miss/Lou Challenge Cup AND the 2007 Winter Series. The AMA Loretta Lynn National Amateur Championship qualifier was held at Gravity Alley MX in Breaux Bridge, LA on March 3rd and 4th. This event was promoted and run by Dirt Bike Mike Productions.
